Compensated faculty, staff, house staff, graduate and medical students, in-house temporary employees, pre/postdoctoral fellows, and graduate assistants who live in the US (including Puerto Rico) and who have joined the organization before October 27, 2025 are eligible to select a gift.

1. Visit our dedicated 2025 Appreciation Gift Webpage to select your gift.
2. Enter your Kerberos ID to access the gift selection process.
3. Once redirected to the Single Sign-On page, enter your Kerberos ID and password.
4. Browse the gifts and make a selection.
5. To select a gift, click on Select This Gift for the corresponding item.
6. Complete all fields on the Shipping Details page. Please note: We do not ship to PO boxes or international addresses.
7. Review your shipping details for accuracy and click Next.
8. On the Confirm Details page, review your gift selection and personal information for accuracy and click Submit to finalize your gift selection.

Upon submission, you will receive a gift selection confirmation email. Once your gift has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Both emails will be sent to the email address you provide.

Gifts must be selected before 11:59 pm ET on December 12, 2025.

There are limited quantities for each gift available. Once gift selections reach the quantity available for a particular gift, the gift option will be removed from the webpage. Gift selection is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

All faculty, staff, house staff, graduate and medical students, in-house temporary employees, pre/postdoctoral fellows, graduate assistants, and trainees are provided with a Kerberos ID when they join NYU Langone Health. Kerberos IDs are used to access the intranet as well as key systems and programs. All Kerberos IDs consist of a letter and number combination. Your Kerberos ID is not your seven-digit employee ID number.

If you have difficulty retrieving your Kerberos ID, please contact your manager or NYU Langone Health’s MCIT Helpdesk at 212-263-6868. You will be required to verify your identity before receiving your Kerberos ID.

Please make sure that you are entering your Kerberos ID correctly (e.g., 0 vs. O). As a reminder, Kerberos IDs are alpha-numeric. Your Kerberos ID is not your seven-digit employee ID number.

All orders are final once you click the Submit button on the order confirmation page of the appreciation gift webpage.

Changes to gift selections are not feasible once the selection is submitted.

Appreciation gifts cannot be returned or exchanged. If your gift arrives broken or defective, please contact the customer service team at or 203-703-6891. You will be asked to confirm your shipping address as part of the order confirmation process.

You will have the opportunity to make updates to reflect your preferred shipping address.

If you have previously experienced delivery issues with the address on file, please consider using an alternate shipping address.

Please note: Gifts will not be shipped to PO boxes or international addresses. If your gift is shipped to an incorrect address, we are unfortunately unable to ship you a replacement.

Once your gift has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include UPS tracking information.
